Frequently asked questions
What makes Aster Organic Dunlop Latex Mattress different from a typical latex bed?
It uses 100% GOLS-certified Dunlop organic latex in three adjustable layers (base, middle, top) to tailor firm, medium, or soft feel. The organic cotton cover is quilted with certified organic wool for temperature regulation and natural flame retardancy.
What is the Aster mattress made of and how does that affect daily use?
It’s built from 100% GOLS-certified Dunlop organic latex, with each layer wrapped in organic cotton. This combination supports breathable comfort, durability, and easy maintenance with a natural, toxin-free construction.
Who would benefit most from the adjustable three-layer setup?
sleepers who want to customize firmness across the base, middle, and top layers to suit different positions, weights, or comfort preferences, including couples who share a bed and desire distinct firmness zones.
How do I set up the mattress to get the most comfort from day one?
Position the base, middle, and top layers to your preferred firmness (base and middle for core support, top layer for surface feel) and use the organic cotton cover and wool quilt to help regulate temperature as you adjust to the feel.
Is this mattress suitable for different climates or seasons?
Yes. The organic wool quilt and breathable latex offer temperature regulation, helping to balance warmth in cooler seasons and breathability in warmer seasons.
Could this be a good gift for someone who cares about materials and sustainability?
Yes. Its 100% GOLS-certified latex, organic cotton cover, and organic wool quilt emphasize natural materials and eco-conscious craftsmanship, appealing to someone who values sustainability and thoughtful design.
